VUYO HLONGWANE -
Project Manager & Director
Our director and project manager, Vuyo Hlongwane, is an honours graduate from the University of Cape Town's Department of Chemical Engineering (UCT). He has worked at Unilever South Africa as a process development engineer as well as a supply chain manufacturing engineer between 2019 and 2023. In 2022 he was promoted to Technical Project Lead (TPL) on several projects impacting across Africa. In 2023 he founded Caeli Holdings (Pty) Ltd and currently leads Caeli's flagship business, CAELIX. He brings technical insights from industry, and this proves invaluable to our commercial installation clients.
NQUBEKO BUTHELEZI - Project Supervisor
Our installations project supervisor, Nqubeko Buthelezi, attended the Bethlehem Basic Training Project (BBTP) and was awarded certificates for Basic Home Building as well as Plumbing. Following his qualification, in 2019, he started his own business as a bricklayer & plumber in Northern KwaZulu Natal. He has built over 15 homes since the start of his business. He will be bringing his practical eye to all CAELIX installations, making sure that our clients' installations are fit for purpose and durable.
PALESA ZAKWE -
Admin and Accounts
Our administration and accounts controller, Palesa Zakwe has a wealth of experience in clothing, cosmetics, and Household chemicals sales. She founded 'Leesa Hair' in 2022 and has made impressive progress in growing their customer base. She will be bringing her sales & customer development skills to the forefront of CAELIX. Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) to increase her legal & business acumen.
